- If your shipment was delayed in any way due to the reasons stated above, Brown Pride Tattoo, UPS, and USPS are not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.

- We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen if there was no “Signature Required” service on the package, or tracking information details mark as "Delivered"

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days from the time your order says "delivered". If your order has passed the 14 days, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the  same condition you received it. It was must also be in the original packaging we shipped it from.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from transit (must provide photos). 

You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs (must include tracking number). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item and notify you via email.

Machine Washing:

1.Turn printed shirts inside-out before washing

2. Pre-treat areas with a stain remover spray.

3.Gently buff stains with a clean washcloth. 

4.Separate similar colors, weight, and textures.

5.Use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle.

Warm water, harsh detergents, and aggressive wash cycles are the number one things that damage tees.
